Customer service
- Register visitors and issue passes.
- Direct and inform visitors, customers and suppliers to the appropriate locations.
- Collect and record found objects.
Prevention
- Make periodic rounds, on foot or in a motorized vehicle, to inspect designated areas of buildings or sites and identify any anomalies.
- Investigate and report fire hazards, system malfunctions or utility interruptions (electricity, heating, ventilation) to the appropriate authorities.

First aid
- Provide first aid.
- Administer cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR).
- Use the automated external defibrillator (AED).
- Helping lost children.
