Our Customer Service Training allows participants to acquire essential skills to provide exceptional customer experiences. This 4-hour course focuses on effective communication, problem-solving, and building lasting relationships with clients. Participants will learn to handle difficult situations with professionalism and confidence, thus contributing to customer satisfaction and loyalty.
In accordance with the laws in effect in Quebec, this training is recognized and may allow agents to receive a 0.50 CAD per hour premium if it was taken within the last two years and has a minimum duration of 4 hours.
