Welcome to our comprehensive First Aid and CPR training programs in Canada. We are proud to offer a range of CPR and First Aid courses certified by the Canadian Red Cross, including specialized training in emergency first aid, CPR, and the use of Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs). Our courses are designed to prepare you to respond effectively to health emergencies, including heart attacks and strokes, ensuring you have the skills to save lives and promote safety in your community.

First aid in the workplace (CNESST)

  • General first aid and cardiac resuscitation techniques taught in an interactive environment
  • CPR level A+ (adults)
  • The medical emergency system
  • Choking and other respiratory emergencies
  • Various injuries and sudden medical problems
  • Head or back injuries
  • Muscle injuries
  • Bleeding control and dressings
  • Environmental emergencies

Our instructors are certified by the CSST and are also CPR instructors for the Heart and Stroke Foundation.

A competency card will be issued upon completion of the First Aid Module.

Taught according to Heart and Stroke FoundationYou’ll learn how to respond to emergency situations, and save lives in the process, with training in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and the use of an automated external defibrillator (AED) for adults (children and infants (level C) are also available).

This course is offered to first responders whose professional responsibilities or regulatory requirements require them to respond to cardiac emergencies. The course enables participants to recognize and treat emergencies such as cardiac arrest, heart attack, stroke and choking.

To learn how to protect lives, we’ll teach you :

  • to act as a first-aider in the workplace,
  • assess the situation and evaluate the victim’s clinical condition,
  • help a victim with a medical problem,
  • rescue a victim presenting a traumatic problem,
  • to move a person with no risk of spinal trauma.

First Aid Course – Emergency Workplace Situations

  • CPR and First Aid Courses: Our classes cover essential techniques for resuscitation and basic first aid that are crucial in urgent situations. Offered both online and in-person, our courses are structured to engage participants with practical and theoretical training.
  • CPR Training in Montreal: Specifically tailored for residents of Quebec, our CPR courses in Montreal teach you how to recognize and respond to cardiac arrest and choking incidents. These classes are available in French as Les cours sont également offerts en français
  • Red Cross First Aid and CPR: As a provider certified by the Heart and Stroke Foundation, our Red Cross courses meet all workplace and academic requirements, including those set by CNESST in Quebec.

We keep our training groups small, with a maximum of 20 participants, to ensure you receive personalized attention and ample opportunities to practice. You’ll have the chance to work in pairs, allowing for realistic scenarios and hands-on experience that prepares you to act confidently in real-life emergencies.
